4、Chagas心肌病：心电图是Chagas心肌病最重要的检查，可见窦性心动过缓、病态窦房结综合征、非特异性ST-T异常、QRS低电压、Q波异常、室内传导阻滞、左束支传导阻滞、右束支传导阻滞、二度房室传导阻滞、三度房室传导阻滞、房颤、室性心律失常（室性早搏，非持续性和持续性室性心动过速）。心电图正常的患者较少出现心脏性猝死。Chagas心肌病可引起严重的心律失常，也被认为是一种心律失常性心肌病。心电图正常的患者具有良好的中期生存率。
5、围产期和产后心肌病：窦性心动过速、左室肥厚（66%）、非特异性ST-T异常（96%）、房颤、室性心律失常（室性早搏，非持续性室性心动过速）（高达20%～60%的患者）、束支传导阻滞。在进展为心力衰竭的患者中，其心电图很少是正常的。
